Feedback Protocols & Artifacts
I utilize structured pedagogical models and collaborative protocols to ensure every feedback cycle is constructive and growth-oriented. These evidence-based loops are essential for translating classroom observations into measurable instructional shifts and sustained professional excellence.
Artifact Scripting
A repository for clinical feedback scripts, meeting notes, and video reflection transcripts used to analyze instructional technicality during the coaching cycle.
Collaborative Models
Documented evidence of 'I Notice / I Wonder' frameworks and collaborative goal-setting meeting artifacts focused on objective classroom data.
Growth Impact
Labeled space for tracking lesson adjustments, student work revisions, and measurable instructional shifts implemented post-observation.
Post-Observation Reflections
First Observation Scheduled March 12, 2026. Deep reflection is the catalyst for growth. Following each observation cycle, I engage in a structured self-assessment to analyze student engagement, instructional methodology, and areas for refinement. This process ensures that feedback is not static but becomes a living component of my professional evolution.
SMARTIE Goals
Strategic, Measurable, Ambitious, Realistic, Time-bound, Inclusive, and Equitable. These goals drive my professional growth and student success through intentional coaching cycles. Use the sections below to document evidence and growth patterns.
Professional Practice Goal
By the end of my special education practicum semester, I will implement and reflect on at least three evidence-based, differentiated instructional strategies to support students with diverse learning needs, including students with IEPs. I will use multiple data sources (e.g., observations, student work, and mentor feedback) to evaluate effectiveness and make instructional adjustments. This goal promotes inclusive, equitable practice by intentionally removing barriers and supporting meaningful participation for all learners.

Measure of Student Learning
By May 2026, the student will demonstrate an increase in independent (+) classroom transitions from a baseline established in March 2025 to a target of 75% independence, as measured by daily frequency logs and 'Prompt-Fading' data.
